This project is a luxury, architecturally designed, townhouse development comprising of 3 two-storey townhouses above a common area basement carpark.
Each townhouse includes their own private courtyard area along with open plan living. The basement construction is a piled-shotcrete system, with a conventional ground level transfer slab. Above the ground level transfer slab, each townhouse is designed structurally with full brick construction and timber frame pitched roofs.
The townhouses feature fully tiled flooring, frames glass balustrades throughout, high end kitchen and bathroom fittings and appliances and also include large span sliding doors for natural light and ventilation. All townhouses include fully ducted air-conditioning and solid timber flooring to the first floor’s each townhouse,.
The civil design incorporated water sensitive urban design using MUSIC modelling for water filtration.
With a total build cost of $2.2 Million and an aggressive construction programme of 10 months, the Client was able to achieve their desired goals.
