83 Kurraba Road Kurraba Point NSW 2089

At this remedial project, our work on the northern and southern staircases was planned and executed to achieve superior structural integrity and aesthetic continuity throughout these essential access points.

Beginning with the demolition of the existing northern concrete staircase, we performed a careful dismantling process to ensure the removal was thorough and precise, preparing the site for the construction of a new, structurally sound staircase.

The re-construction of the northern concrete staircase followed, where we employed reinforced concrete methods to provide a stable, resilient structure. Following this, an application of 40mm thick pavers was required, that seamlessly integrated with the existing style. Final paver selection was confirmed by the Executive Committee (EC) prior to the commencement of works, highlighting Encorp’s superior stakeholder management.

Similarly, demolition of the existing southern concrete staircase was carried out with precision, leaving the area fully prepared for subsequent construction. The re- construction of the southern concrete staircase mirrors the northern staircase’s approach, utilizing reinforced concrete and high-quality materials to ensure a durable, visually cohesive result.

In addition, the demolition of the northern and southern rear staircases was executed with attention to safety and cleanliness, clearing the way for re- construction. The re-construction of these rear staircases applied the same standards of reinforced concrete and design alignment, providing secure, long- lasting access points.

This careful orchestration of demolition and re-construction has revitalized the staircases, enhancing both structural stability and aesthetic unity. Through precise attention to detail and quality materials, we have ensured that these elements will serve as safe, visually integrated features for years to come.
