Encorp undertook and completed these extensive demolition and disposal works, upholding a standard of excellence and ensuring the project’s success with efficiency and precision.
Starting with the rooftop works spanning 490m, our team systematically removed and disposed of all existing pebbles, followed by the careful extraction of floor finishes. The entire surface was then ground back to the bare substrate, preparing it thoroughly for any subsequent work or treatment. Additionally, all Styrofoam insulation was safely removed and disposed of, ensuring a clean and well-prepared rooftop environment. Every step of this process was conducted with careful attention to environmental regulations and structural preservation.
In the balcony demolition phase (covering 110m²), we expertly removed and disposed of all flooring finishes from multiple balcony areas, restoring each surface back to the bare substrate. This process included logistical coordination to transport the demolished materials to the rooftop for efficient disposal. Specific attention was given to Unit 30 (19m²), Unit 31 (30.9m²), Unit 32 (30m²), and Unit 36 (30m²), ensuring each unit’s balcony was carefully dismantled and cleared.
Adequate labour resources were allocated to handle materials efficiently, both on the roof and across the balconies, guaranteeing safe and well-managed movement of all debris.
The removal of 70 linear meters of balustrades was executed with the utmost precision, ensuring that each balustrade was dismantled carefully to prevent damage to surrounding structures. This phase of the project was managed with a commitment to safety and structural integrity, leaving the areas ready for any forthcoming installations or reinforcements.
