The demolition and disposal of the external podium courtyard area was carried out , with careful removal of all structural elements. Our team ensured that all materials were disposed of in accordance with regulatory requirements, leaving the area clean and fully prepared for future construction or landscaping activities. This work was executed with a seamless blend of speed and precision, minimizing any disruption to the surrounding property.

In the rear courtyards of Units 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, we conducted a controlled and orderly demolition, dismantling and clearing the spaces efficiently while safeguarding adjacent structures. The disposal of all debris was managed in an environmentally responsible manner, ensuring that the courtyards were left in a condition ready for subsequent stages of the project.

For Unit 1’s balcony, the demolition process required a strategic approach to safely dismantle and dispose of all balcony materials. The work was completed with care to preserve the structural integrity of the surrounding areas while clearing the balcony space in a manner that prioritizes future readiness for re-construction or refurbishment.

The **demolition and disposal of vegetation, including all trees from the planter boxes**, were executed with a mindful and environmentally conscious approach. We retained and carefully relocated the soil from these planter boxes, placing it in the designated visitors' parking spot for potential reuse. An exception was made for the planter box abutting Young Street, which remained untouched, preserving the existing landscaping as specified.
