At this project, Encorp begun with our team conducting thorough pre-commencement inspections to assess existing conditions and identify specific project requirements. We established the site with precision, including temporary scaffolding, secure access points, and compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols. Rubbish removal and temporary permits were handled with efficiency, maintaining a clean and organized site environment that supported safe and uninterrupted workflow.

In the balcony waterproofing and tiling phase, we applied a robust waterproofing system to shield against moisture and weather exposure, creating a durable, water-resistant foundation that protects the structural integrity of each balcony. High-quality tiling was then installed with exacting attention to detail, achieving a polished, cohesive finish that enhances both function and aesthetics.

The removal and replacement of balcony sliding doors brought renewed functionality and resilience, with each door chosen for its advanced weatherproofing and smooth operation. The new installations complement the architectural style of the balconies, providing an upgrade that enhances insulation, accessibility, and longevity.

Ensuring balustrade height compliance was another critical focus. Our team made precise adjustments to meet all safety regulations, safeguarding occupants while seamlessly blending with the existing design. In conjunction with these adjustments, we conducted balustrade repairs to reinforce the structural integrity of each unit, addressing any deterioration and restoring stability to the original design.

Finally, make-good works ensured all repaired and newly installed elements were flawlessly integrated with surrounding surfaces.
