In our commitment to excellence, Encorp administered a comprehensive suite of preliminary works to ensure the project phase was meticulously managed, safe, and structurally sound.

Our site establishment process initiates with careful planning to secure an organized and efficient workspace, fostering a foundation for optimal project flow.

This project required balcony waterproofing and tile installation, applying high-grade materials to ensure lasting protection against moisture and environmental elements. This robust waterproofing system creates a resilient, slip-resistant surface, fortified by expertly installed tiling that not only enhances the balcony’s aesthetic but also extends its longevity.

Additionally, we conducted sliding door replacements on each balcony, utilizing high-performance doors engineered for optimal insulation, smooth operation, and resistance to weathering, adding a modernized look that complements the structure’s design.

The removal and installation of sliding door hobs. By addressing the hobs in these specific units, we have ensured seamless transitions from interior to exterior spaces, enhancing accessibility while maintaining the integrity of the waterproofing and structural elements.

The Encorp team has expertly repaired concrete spalling on the balcony slab soffits for Units 2 to 10, removing deteriorated material, treating the area for corrosion, and restoring structural soundness. To complete these improvements, balcony slab edges, rendered walls, and soffits were all repaired, leaving a smooth, refined surface that withstands environmental wear while restoring aesthetic appeal.

On the walkway balconies across Levels 1 to 3, Encorp implemented comprehensive waterproofing and tile installations to safeguard these communal spaces. The new waterproofing system, combined with durable tiling, provides both functionality and elegance, protecting the walkways against the impact of heavy foot traffic and weather exposure.

Additionally, slab soffit concrete spalling repairs were performed on all walkway balcony levels, restoring structural integrity and preventing further deterioration. Finalizing the refurbishments, we executed make-good repairs on the slab edges, rendered walls, balustrades, and soffits.
